The park offers a unique opportunity to create a place that is vibrant within a city, an excellent working environment supported by mix of uses. Rio Business Center Concept Masterplan intended to explore a large-scale urban, environmental, economic and real estate reality. It aimed to set out a proposed approach for infrastructure, planning, architecture and landscape design that will help to make the precinct an attractive place for workers and tourists. The opportunity exists to create a new standard for how projects of this scale are developed.
Project is an extension to the existing Santos Dumont Airport Terminal in Rio and dealt with the interface of the site with the existing Rio CBD, the airport and the heritage listed terminal building and gardens around the site. The development includes a private jet hangar and executive flight terminal, retail mall, hotels, convention centre, A grade offices, food and beverage spine and extensive landscape spaces envisaged as a formation growing from the natural surrounding and complimenting the Urban Landscape.
